Andalucía ha bajado este lunes 7 de febrero 144 pacientes hospitalizados por coronavirus en 48 horas y registra un total de 1.753, una bajada que continúa también en el caso de los ingresos en las Unidades de Cuidados Intensivos (UCI), aunque aquí el descenso ha sido de tan solo una persona hasta situarse en los 213 ingresados.Lejos quedan los picos de hospitalizados registrados en la tercera ola el 2 de febrero de 2021 (4.980) y en la segunda el 10 de noviembre de 2020 (3.478).Respecto a las UCI, Andalucía sufrió el pico de la tercera ola el 7 de febrero de 2021 (735),. Tampoco se espera que se alcance el pico de las UCI de la quinta ola, contabilizado el 10 de agosto de 2021 (261), ni el de la cuarta del 29 de abril del mismo año (351).
