🔴Noticia – El Supremo confirma el indulto parcial de Juana Rivas

El Tribunal Supremo desestima el recurso interpuesto por la ex pareja de Juana Rivas, contra el indulto parcial que le concedió el Gobierno. Rivas fue condenada a dos años y seis meses de prisión por secuestrar a sus hijos e impedir al padre verlos durante 14 meses. El Gobierno de Pedro Sánchez indultó de forma parcial a Rivas y redujo a un año y tres meses la pena de prisión, permitiéndole además recuperar la patria potestad de sus hijos. Los jueces de lo contencioso-administrativo han decidido rechazar por unanimidad el recurso que el padre de los pequeños, Francesco Arcuri, presentó contra la medida de gracia otorgada por el Consejo de Ministros que dejó en la mitad su condena de cárcel y neutralizó la retirada judicial de la patria potestad.

The Supreme Court dismisses the appeal filed by the former partner of Juana Rivas, against the partial pardon granted by the Government. Rivas was sentenced to two years and six months in prison for kidnapping her children and preventing her father from seeing them for 14 months. The Government of Pedro Sánchez partially pardoned Rivas and reduced the prison sentence to one year and three months, also allowing him to recover the parental authority of her children. The contentious-administrative judges have unanimously decided to reject the appeal that the father of the children, Francesco Arcuri, filed against the measure of grace granted by the Council of Ministers that left his prison sentence in half and neutralized the judicial withdrawal of parental authority.
