La Comisión Europea ha iniciado este jueves un expediente de infracción contra España por persistir en el incumplimiento de la sentencia del Tribunal de Justicia de la Unión Europea, que obliga a tomar medidas para proteger el humedal de Doñana y avisa de que si en el plazo de dos meses no pone remedio, estudiará elevar el caso de nuevo a la Justicia europea para reclamar una multa.
