El presidente de la Junta de Andalucía en funciones, Juanma Moreno (PP), ha señalado este sábado que «no puede estar de acuerdo» con la denominada mesa de diálogo entre el Gobierno central y la Generalitat de Cataluña, «una mesa que es de carácter bilateral, en la que el Gobierno de España y el de Cataluña se sientan a pactar asuntos que conciernen al conjunto de España».
