🔴Noticia – La defensa de Griñán tratará de evitar que vaya a la cárcel

La defensa de José Antonio Griñán, ha formalizado ante el Tribunal Supremo su solicitud de nulidad de la sentencia que condena al expresidente de la Junta por la trama de los ERE. Este pasado miércoles conocimos los detalles de la sentencia que impone para el ex dirigente socialista una pena de 6 años de cárcel y 15 años de inhabilitación por los delitos continuados de malversación y prevaricación. Según el Supremo, Griñán tenía conocimiento de la ilegalidad del sistema implantado, señalando su pasividad ante el despilfarro y la arbitrariedad con la que se concedieron las ayudas para prejubilaciones en expedientes de regulación de empleo que resultaron ser fraudulentas y se concedieron “a dedo” a determinadas empresas. Ahora, su defensa trata de impedir por todos los medios la cárcel para su cliente y para ello, tras la notificación formal de la sentencia, se abre un plazo de 20 días para registrar el incidente de nulidad, con lo que la defensa de Griñán prevé entregar el documento completo a finales de la próxima semana o principios de la siguiente.
