El ministro de Defensa de Rusia, Sergei Shoigu, ha anunciado este miércoles la retirada de las tropas rusas en la región ocupada de Jersón para defender el margen izquierdo del río Dniéper, según ha recogido la agencia de noticias TASS. Shoigu ha encargado al comandante Sergei Surovikin de las fuerzas rusas en Ucrania que «comience con la retirada de las tropas y tome todas las medidas para garantizar la transferencia segura de personal, armas y equipos a través del río Dniéper».
