🔴Noticia – Fiscalía Anitcorrupción aboga por suspender el ingreso de Griñán

La Fiscalía Anticorrupción ha solicitado las actuaciones necesarias que permitan al Instituto de Medicina Legal (IML) de Sevilla «evacuar un informe más preciso sobre la procedencia» o no del ingreso en prisión del expresidente socialista de la Junta de Andalucía José Antonio Griñán ante el cáncer sobrevenido alegando por el mismo frente a su requerimiento de entrada en la cárcel para cumplir seis años y dos días de prisión por malversación en el mecanismo de financiación de los expedientes de regulación de empleo (ERE) fraudulentos, un ingreso que según el Ministerio Público «deberá suspenderse entretanto» se reciben los nuevos informes.
