🔴Noticia – La Audiencia de Sevilla aplaza el ingreso en prisión de Griñán

La Sección Primera de la Audiencia de Sevilla ha acordado aplazar la decisión sobre el ingreso en prisión del expresidente de la Junta de Andalucía José Antonio Griñán para cumplir la pena de cárcel impuesta por el caso ERE hasta que éste concluya las sesiones de radioterapia que debe recibir por la enfermedad que le ha sido recientemente diagnosticada. De este modo, una vez finalicen dichas sesiones, su representación letrada deberá comunicarlo «inmediatamente» a la Sala, acompañando documentación médica, a fin de que se emita nuevo informe por el médico forense.

The First Section of the Court of Seville has agreed to postpone the decision on the imprisonment of the former president of the Junta de Andalucía José Antonio Griñán to serve the prison sentence imposed by the ERE case until he concludes the radiotherapy sessions that he must receive for the disease that has been recently diagnosed. In this way, once these sessions are over, his legal representation must communicate it «immediately» to the Chamber, accompanying medical documentation, so that a new report can be issued by the forensic doctor.
