La Junta de AndalucÃa ha comenzado ya a efectuar las catas geotécnicas para el nuevo hospital de Málaga. Estos trabajos se realizarán de forma paralela a la redacción del proyecto del hospital, cuya adjudicación tuvo lugar el pasado mes de octubre. El delegado territorial de Salud, Carlos Bautista, ha explicado que la realización de las catas mientras se va elaborando el proyecto permitirá acortar tiempos y adelantar en lo posible la realización de las obras de un hospital que se espera esté terminado en 2027. Y es que está previsto que a lo largo de este mismo año comiencen las obras del nuevo hospital. El estudio geotécnico permitirá describir las condiciones del terreno para determinar qué tipo de cimentación se necesita para la correcta ejecución de las obras de urbanización y edificación del edificio. El importe de la adjudicación e de 16,4 millones de euros.
