🔴Noticia – Cártama tendrá un nuevo cuartel de la Guardia Civil

Arrancan las obras para la creación del nuevo cuartel de la Guardia Civil en Cártama. Este lunes la directora general del Cuerpo, María Gámez, ha presentado el inicio de los trabajos junto al alcalde del municipio Jorge Gallardo, entre otras autoridades. El nuevo acuartelamiento estará situado en una parcela de unos 3.200 metros cuadrados, tendrá cuatro plantas escalonadas y contará con una edificación sostenible, eficiente energéticamente y resiliente. Cuenta con una inversión de 4,4 millones de euros y está previsto que finalicen las obras en un año. Gámez ha señalado que este nuevo cuartel forma parte del impulso que desde el Gobierno de España se está haciendo para mejorar estas instalaciones. El nuevo edificio de la Guardia Civil dará servicio, no solo a Cártama sino también a 19 pedanías y contará con una plantilla de 32 agentes. Por su parte el alcalde, Jorge Gallardo, ha señalado que el nuevo cuartel supondrá un gran avance en materia de seguridad para Cártama no solo para los guardias destinados en este puesto sino que mejorará además las condiciones laborales en las nuevas dependencias y se incrementará la seguridad a la población en el municipio
