🔴Noticia – Andalucía recurrirá el impuesto a las grandes fortunas

La Junta de Andalucía ha acordado este martes interponer un recurso ante el Tribunal Constitucional contra el Impuesto de solidaridad a las grandes fortunas planteado por el Gobierno de Pedro Sánchez. El ejecutivo andaluz solicita además la suspensión cautelar del mismo hasta que se produzca una sentencia definitiva. Así lo ha manifestado la consejera de Economía y Hacienda, Carolina España, en rueda de prensa tras el Consejo de Gobierno. La consejera ha indicado que han decidido recurrir este impuesto porque su aplicación por parte del Gobierno Central fue una respuesta a la decisión del ejecutivo de Juanma Moreno de bonificar al cien por cien el impuesto de patrimonio en Andalucía. Carolina España señala que este impuesto a las grandes fortunas va contra la política tributaria de la Junta de Andalucía y añade que estamos ante un ataque a la autonomía fiscal y financiera de esta comunidad. En esta comunidad cerca de 1.000 personas tendrían que pagar el nuevo impuesto de solidaridad que afecta a los patrimonios netos superiores a 3 millones de euros.
