La Guardia Civil ha detectado más de 50 permisos de conducir falsos en varias provincias. Hay una persona detenida en Madrid y 40 investigados por la falsificación de estos permisos. La red desmantelada por la operación Muzawara utilizaba permisos de conducción falsos de Marruecos, para posteriormente canjearlos por permisos españoles. La Guardia Civil ha llevado a cabo un registro en el domicilio madrileño del detenido, desde donde se distribuían los diferentes permisos de conducir a diversos puntos de la geografía española. Los investigadores han intervenido numerosa documentación, dinero en metálico, dispositivos móviles y permisos de conducir vinculados a las investigaciones
