El presidente de Rusia, Vladimir Putin, ha visitado este martes por sorpresa las regiones de Jersón y Lugansk, en el este de Ucrania y actualmente ocupadas por Rusia, para hablar con sus líderes militares y conocer el estado de la ofensiva. El Kremlin ha señalado en un comunicado publicado en su página web que Putin ha visitado la sede del grupo de tropas ‘Dnipró’ en Jersón y la sede de la Guardia Nacional Vostok en la República Popular de Lugansk. The President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, has visited by surprise on Tuesday the regions of Kherson and Lugansk, in eastern Ukraine and currently occupied by Russia, to speak with their military leaders and find out the status of the offensive.
