La Comisión Europea ha advertido de que la proposición de ley de la Junta de Andalucía para regularizar regadíos en Doñana puede «deteriorar» el humedal ya que «parece ir en dirección contraria» a la sentencia del Tribunal Superior de Justicia (TJUE) que obliga a protegerlo, aunque señala también que las medidas adoptadas hasta ahora por España para garantizar su cumplimiento «no son suficientes, incluso sin contar con el probable impacto negativo de la legislación propuesta».
