The general secretaries of the CCOO and UGT, Unai Sordo and Pepe Álvarez, and the presidents of CEOE and Cepyme, Antonio Garamendi and Gerardo Cuerva, respectively, have signed this Wednesday the V Agreement for Employment and Collective Bargaining (AENC) that recommends a salary increase of 10% between 2023 and 2025.
