La FiscalÃa de la Audiencia Nacional estudia si investiga a las 44 personas condenadas por su pertenencia a ETA que han sido incluidas en las listas electorales de EH Bildu tras recibir la denuncia interpuesta por la Asociación Dignidad y Justicia en la que su presidente, Daniel Portero, instaba a comprobar si las candidaturas son válidas.
