🔴Noticia – DyJ pide a Fiscalía investigar las listas electorales de Bildu desde 2011

La asociación de víctimas Dignidad y Justicia (DyJ) ha pedido a la Fiscalía General del Estado (FGE) que investigue las listas electorales de EH Bildu desde 2011, señalando que ha detectado un total de 23 candidatos condenados por terrorismo, aparte de los 44 que concurren al 28-M, incidiendo así en que la ley avala la ilegalización del partido político por llevar reiteradamente «listas contaminadas», después de que el Ministerio Público haya descartado iniciar este procedimiento.

The victims’ association Dignidad y Justicia (DyJ) has asked the State Attorney General’s Office (FGE) to investigate the electoral lists of EH Bildu since 2011, noting that it has detected a total of 23 candidates convicted of terrorism, apart from the 44 who attend the 28-M, thus stressing that the law supports the illegalization of the political party for repeatedly carrying «contaminated lists», after the Public Ministry has ruled out initiating this procedure.
