La Fiscalía Anticorrupción ha solicitado al juez Adolfo Carretero la apertura de juicio oral contra los empresarios Luis Medina y Alberto Luceño por el caso de las ‘mascarillas’ en el que se investiga una presunta estafa al Ayuntamiento de Madrid por la compraventa de material sanitario en plena pandemia por el coronavirus.
