Con traje y camisa blanca, el artista llegaba serio y emocionado a las 9.45 horas a la sede de la Audiencia Provincial de Madrid acompañado por su abogado defensor, el letrado Jaime Caballero. Ante los periodistas, manifestaba estar «tranquilo», confiar en la Justicia y estar dispuesto a contar su verdad, lo que le ha llevado a rechazar un acuerdo que le ofreció la Fiscalía de Madrid.
