El comité de huelga de los funcionarios de Justicia ha presentado este viernes ante la Fiscalía del Tribunal Supremo (TS) una denuncia dirigida contra la ministra, Pilar Llop, y contra el secretario de Estado, Antonio ‘Tontxu’ Rodríguez, por incumplir su «obligación» de negociar una subida salarial en línea con la pactada con los Letrados de la Administración de Justicia (LAJ), jueces y fiscales, de unos 430 euros mensuales.El presidente del sector nacional de Justicia de CSIF, Javier Jordán, ha explicado en declaraciones a la prensa a la entrada del TS que los sindicatos convocantes –CSIF, STAJ, CCOO y UGT– entienden que tanto Llop como Rodríguez han vulnerado el derecho a la negociación colectiva porque «lo que ha sucedido no es una negociación real y efectiva, que es lo que exige la jurisprudencia del Tribunal Supremo».
