🔴Noticia – Un edificio de cinco plantas se derrumba en Teruel tras ser desalojado

El último vecino acaba de salir del edificio cuando el inmueble desaparece de una calle de Teruel. Son las 11:00 de la mañana. No ha pasado ni media hora desde que los residentes alertaran de los crujidos. La parte baja de la fachada se resquebraja, el edificio dejaba de sostenerse y envueltas por el polvo quedaban 21 familias que acababan de perder sus casas en solo un segundo. Quienes vivían en este bloque de cinco plantas construido en los 70 llevaban días denunciando que con las lluvias se habían originado filtraciones de agua en el garaje, pero ya era demasiado tarde. Los arquitectos municipales no han dudado en que el desalojo no podía esperar. Por precaución, las dos fincas colindantes también han sido desalojadas.
