El Tribunal Supremo (TS) ha confirmado la absolución por delitos contra el medio ambiente del único condenado por el incendio desatado en junio de 2015 en un vertedero ilegal de Valdemingómez (Madrid), que ardió durante 17 dÃas emitiendo al aire gases que afectaron a los vecinos de Rivas Vaciamadrid, al considerar que no supuso un daño grave ni para la salud de las personas ni para el «equilibrio de los sistemas naturales».
