Blanca Martín Delgado, del Grupo Socialista, volverá a ocupar el cargo de presidenta de la Asamblea de Extremadura en esta XI Legislatura. Martín ha recibido 32 votos, los 28 diputados de su grupo y los cuatro de Unidas por Extremadura, mientras que el candidato del PP, Abel Bautista, ha obtenido 28, mismo número de escaños que tiene su grupo parlamentario, y el de Vox, Ángel Pelayo Gordillo Moreno el de los cinco diputados con los que cuenta su grupo.
