El instructor del ‘procés’, el magistrado Pablo Llarena, ha dictado una orden de detención nacional contra la exconsellera de la Generalitat y eurodiputada, Clara PonsatÃ, al considerar que no ha justificado con una causa legÃtima que no compareciera ante el Tribunal Supremo (TS) el pasado 24 de abril para que se le comunicara su procesamiento por un delito de desobediencia por el 1-O. La defensa de Ponsatà alegó «el hecho notorio» de que las comisiones de Industria, Investigación y EnergÃa y la de Asuntos Económicos y Monetarios del Parlamento Europeo, a las que pertenece, tenÃan sesiones convocadas para ese 24 de abril en Bruselas, algo «incompatible con cualquier compromiso de cualquier Ãndole a cientos de kilómetros de Bruselas».
