El número de hipotecas constituidas sobre viviendas bajó un 18,3% el pasado mes de abril respecto al mismo mes de 2022, hasta sumar 27.053 préstamos, la cifra más baja desde diciembre de 2020, según los datos difundidos este jueves por el Instituto Nacional de EstadÃstica (INE).
