🔴Noticia – La Fiscalía pide juicio para los CDR procesados por pertenencia a organización terrorista

La Fiscalía de la Audiencia Nacional ha solicitado abrir juicio oral contra los 12 miembros de los Comités de Defensa de la República (CDR) por un delito de pertenencia a organización terrorista, si bien a ocho les achaca también delitos de tenencia, depósito y fabricación de explosivos y estragos. Según han confirmado fuentes fiscales, el Ministerio Público ha trasladado esta petición a la Audiencia Nacional después de que el pasado abril el juez instructor, Manuel García Castellón, acordara por segunda vez dar por concluida la investigación judicial, procesando por terrorismo a estas 12 personas como presuntos miembros de un núcleo radical de los CDR que estaban dispuestos a usar la violencia para conseguir la independencia de Cataluña. The Prosecutor of the National Court has requested to open an oral trial against the 12 members of the Defense Committees of the Republic (CDR) for a crime of belonging to a terrorist organization, although eight are also charged with crimes of possession, deposit and manufacture of explosives and havoc.
