El gobernador de Odesa, Oleg Kiper, ha informado este viernes de un ataque de las fuerzas rusas sobre almacenes de grano en Odesa, días después de que Moscú decidiera romper el acuerdo de exportación y de que ambos países anunciaran que los buques que navegasen por el mar Negro podrían ser considerados objetivos militares.
