El ministro de Asuntos Exteriores, Unión Europea y Cooperación en funciones, José Manuel Albares pide a Ucrania y al Tribunal Penal Internacional que investiguen como «crimen de guerra» la muerte de Emma Igual, la cooperante española recientemente fallecida por el bombardeo del convoy en el que se trasladaba.
