El PSOE insiste en negociar investidura y legislatura en un mismo paquete, pese a la negativa de ERC. Sánchez y Junqueras han mantenido una conversación telefónica en la que el candidato a la presidencia del gobierno le ha trasladado la necesidad de alcanzar un acuerdo de investidura. Esquerra, por su parte, aboga que ahora mismo tan sólo negocian un apoyo a la investidura socialista y no un pacto de legislatura.
