Aragonès llega al Senado y ya en los primeros segundos de su intervención reconoce que la amnistía no es el objetivo final. Deja su mensaje y abandona la Cámara Alta a toda prisa. No escuchaba los reproches de los barones del PP, pero el presidente catalán no era el objeto principal de sus ataques. Acusan a Pedro Sánchez de abrir una subasta en la que acabarán pagando el resto de autonomías. Para evitarlo adelantan que llevarán la ley de amnistía ante el Tribunal Constitucional.
