🔴Noticia – El pacto con ERC acelera la investidura de Pedro Sánchez

El acuerdo alcanzado entre PSOE y Esquerra Republicana de Cataluña allana más el camino a una investidura que podría fijarse para la próxima semana. Tras una conversación telefónica entre Pedro Sánchez y Pere Aragonés, el pacto contempla la amnistía para los CDR y Tsunami Democràtic, acusados de terrorismo y corrupción. Se trata de un acuerdo contra el que el PP ha vuelto a cargar acusando al PSOE de arrodillarse frente al independentismo. Solo falta la firma de Junts para registrar la controvertida ley en el Congreso. La imagen de la reunión del número tres del PSOE con Carles Puigdemont en Bruselas señala la buena dirección en la que van las negociaciones. La inminencia de la investidura de Sánchez depende aún de los pactos con Bildu, PNV y BNG. En este contexto, ocho vocales del Poder Judicial han pedido un pleno para abordar la amnistía. Afirman que supone la abolición del Estado de Derecho.

After a telephone conversation between Pedro Sánchez and Pere Aragonés, the pact contemplates amnesty for the CDR and Tsunami Democràtic, accused of terrorism and corruption. This is an agreement against which the PP has once again attacked, accusing the PSOE of kneeling in front of the independence movement. All that is missing is Junts’ signature to register the controversial law in Congress. The image of the meeting of the number three of the PSOE with Carles Puigdemont in Brussels points to the good direction in which the negotiations are going. The imminence of Sánchez’s investiture still depends on the pacts with Bildu, PNV and BNG. In this context, eight members of the Judiciary have requested a plenary session to address the amnesty. They claim that it represents the abolition of the rule of law.
