Los hijos de la iraní ganadora del Nobel de la Paz, Narges Mohammadi, han recogido esta mañana de domingo 10 de diciembre el premio que la organización de los Nobel han otorgado a su madre al no poder ella recogerlo por estar presa en una cárcel en Irán, en la localidad de Evin, desde donde hoy mismo, de hecho durante la ceremonia, ha comenzado una nueva huelga de hambre (la segunda) para solidarizarse con la persecución que sufre la minoría religiosa bahaí en Irán. El Nobel de la Paz este año ha correspondido en ella por su lucha contra la opresión de las mujeres en Irán y por promover los derechos humanos y la libertad para todos.
