El Tribunal Supremo (TS) ha aclarado que con enviar a terceros una sola imagen de contenido Ãntimo es suficiente para condenar por ‘sexting’, siempre que el objetivo sea «denigrar» a la persona afectada, en un caso donde ha revocado la absolución de un hombre que difundió una foto sexual de su pareja con dicha intención, condenándole a una multa por revelación de secretos.
