🔴Noticia – El juez manda a juicio a Rubiales por el beso a Jenni Hermoso

Seis meses después de los hechos, Luis Rubiales se encuentra a un paso de sentarse en el banquillo acusado de agresión sexual y coacciones. Por este último delito, el juez también ha propuesto juzgar al ex seleccionador nacional femenino, Jorge Vilda, y a los dos altos cargos de la Federación, Albert Luque y Rubén Rivera. El juez sostiene que Rubiales propinó un beso a la jugadora Jenni Hermoso de forma sorpresiva, inesperada y sin su consentimiento. Aclara el juez que, aunque Hermoso en un principio restó importancia al suceso, con el paso de las horas fue en aumento su malestar y sentimiento de haber sido ofendida. Malestar, apunta el juez, que se convirtió en ansiedad y profundo estrés cuando Rubiales, Vilda y los otros dos directivos de la Federación trataron de presionarla para que accediese a manifestar públicamente que el polémico beso había sido consentido. El juez no concreta en su auto de forma explícita los delitos que imputa a los acusados, deja en manos del fiscal y las acusaciones esta labor, pero apunta las coacciones y claramente la agresión sexual. Sostiene que el polémico beso en los labios afecta a la esfera de la intimidad reservada a las relaciones sexuales e insiste en que no fue consentido.
