Mueren tres miembros de una familia española en un accidente aéreo en Virginia, Estados Unidos. El padre, de Betanzos, en A Coruña, había dejado Galicia y se había labrado un exitoso futuro allí. Residía con su mujer y su hijo en Miami, donde había creado una compañía aérea y estaba al frente de una escuela de pilotos. Los tres viajaban en su avión privado, con otros dos miembros de la tripulación, cuando se produjo el accidente. Al parecer, la aeronave se estrelló en una zona boscosa y acabó incendiándose. Se desconocen por el momento las causas.

Three members of a Spanish family die in a plane crash in Virginia, United States. The father, from Betanzos, in A Coruña, had left Galicia and had built a successful future there. He lived with his wife and his son in Miami, where he had created an airline company and was in charge of a pilot school. The three were traveling on their private plane, with two other crew members, when the accident occurred. Apparently, the aircraft crashed in a wooded area and ended up catching fire. The causes are unknown at the moment.
