🔴Noticia – Cuenta atrás para la posible entrada en prisión de Griñán

La Sección Primera de la Audiencia de Sevilla ha emitido una nueva providencia, en la que da tres días de plazo a Fiscalía y acusaciones para que se pronuncien sobre la petición de suspensión de la pena realizada por el expresidente andaluz José Antonio Griñán y otros ocho condenados por los ERE en las que esgrimen los incidentes de nulidad planteados ante la sentencia emitida al respecto por el Tribunal Supremo.

The First Section of the Seville Court has issued a new order, in which it gives three days to the Prosecutor’s Office and accusations to rule on the request for suspension of the sentence made by the former Andalusian president José Antonio Griñán and eight other convicted by the ERE in which they wield the incidents of nullity raised before the sentence issued in this regard by the Supreme Court.
