🔴Noticia – Cae en Sevilla una familia dedicada al contrabando de tabaco

La Guardia Civil en colaboración con agentes de Vigilancia Aduanera de la Agencia Tributaria han desarticulado en Sevilla una organización dedicada al contrabando de picadura de tabaco. La mercancía era enviada desde distintos puntos de la provincia de Sevilla a toda España a través de empresas de paquetería. La operación se ha saldado con 5 detenidos y 4 investigados. Los miembros del grupo criminal pertenecían a una misma familia. La organización adquiría la hoja de tabaco y procedía a su picado y manipulación sin ningún control higiénico sanitario, en lugares que carecían de instalaciones adecuadas. En los registros los agentes encontraron 1.210 kilos de picadura de tabaco y 250 cajetillas sin precinto fiscal. También se han intervenido dos vehículos y diverso material informático. Los detenidos e investigados en esta operación han sido acusados de contrabando, pertenencia a organización criminal, blanqueo de capitales y contra la Hacienda Pública.

The Civil Guard in collaboration with Customs Surveillance agents of the Tax Agency have dismantled in Seville an organization dedicated to the smuggling of chopped tobacco. The merchandise was sent from different points in the province of Seville to all of Spain through parcel companies. The operation has resulted in 5 detainees and 4 investigated. The members of the criminal group belonged to the same family. The organization acquired the tobacco leaf and proceeded to chop and handle it without any sanitary hygienic control, in places that lacked adequate facilities. In the records, the agents found 1,210 kilos of cut tobacco and 250 packs without a tax seal. Two vehicles and various computer equipment have also been seized. Those detained and investigated in this operation have been accused of smuggling, belonging to a criminal organization, money laundering and against the Public Treasury.
