Se cumplen ya 4 años del funeral por la muerte del pequeño Julen en Totalán. EL niño de 2 años que se precipitó por un pozo ilegal de más de 100 metros de caída. Pese a todas las dificultades nada detuvo a los servicios de emergencia para rescatarlo. Para llegar al cuerpo del pequeño julen se necesitaron dos semanas. La operación de rescate se hizo gracias a una titánica obra de ingeniería hecha a contrarreloj. Fueron 13 días de angustia. 300 personas trabajaron en torno al pozo.
