Una novedad introducida en el convenio de hostelerÃa de Guipúzcoa para intentar poner fin a jornadas extenuantes de trabajo. Según Mariluz RodrÃguez, del sindicato ELA, «de esos 17.000 trabajadores que tengan implantado el sistema de fichaje, no llega al 1 por ciento». La norma en realidad ya consta por ley en toda España, porque desde hace cuatro años el fichaje horario es obligatorio en todas las empresas.
