Podemos ha reclamado al PSOE incluir en la ley de vivienda, la limitación de las plazas de apartamentos turÃsticos en zonas tensionadas, aprovechando para ello la fase final de la tramitación de la ley que se vota este jueves en el Congreso, como asà lo ha explicado Pablo Fernández, portavoz de la formación morada, en rueda de prensa. Concretamente, fuentes de la formación ponen como ejemplo que de incorporarse el tope del 2% en la oferta de alquiler turÃstico, en un área tensionada con 10.000 habitantes no se podrÃan ofrecer más de 200 plazas de alquiler turÃstico.
