La sección 3 de la Audiencia de Barcelona ha confirmado este lunes la prisión provisional del futbolista Dani Alves en la causa por presuntamente agredir sexualmente a una chica en la discoteca Sutton. El tribunal rechaza por segunda vez un recurso del futbolista y confirma la decisión del Juzgado de Instrucción 15 de Barcelona, que también en dos ocasiones ha declinado la petición del jugador de quedar en libertad provisional hasta el juicio.

Section 3 of the Barcelona Court has confirmed on Monday the provisional detention of footballer Dani Alves in the case for allegedly sexually assaulting a girl at the Sutton nightclub. The court rejects for the second time an appeal by the footballer and confirms the decision of the Investigating Court 15 of Barcelona, which has also on two occasions declined the player’s request to be provisionally released until trial.
