La Mesa del Congreso dará este lunes vía libre a los grupos parlamentarios de Esquerra Republicana (ERC) y de Junts, que se han registrado con diputados prestados por Sumar y el PSOE, respectivamente, al no cumplir los requisitos que establece el Reglamento.
