El diputado del Partido Popular Fernando López Miras ha conseguido los apoyos necesarios para ser investido presidente. Lo ha logrado en el segundo debate de investidura gracias al pacto alcanzado ‘in extremis’ entre PP y Vox para evitar la repetición electoral. De este modo, López Miras ha conseguido 30 votos favorables, superando asà la mayorÃa necesaria para ser investido presidente en primera votación (cuantificada en 23 votos), gracias al apoyo de los 21 diputados populares y de los 9 diputados de Vox.
