El Pleno del Congreso ha dado vía libre este martes a la tramitación de la reforma del Reglamento de la Cámara para permitir el uso de las lenguas cooficiales no sólo en las intervenciones parlamentarias sino también en la presentación de iniciativas, y lo ha hecho con el voto en contra del PP, Vox y Unión del Pueblo Navarro (UPN), tras la primera sesión plenaria plurilingüe de la historia del parlamentarismo español.
