La Fiscalía recurre la decisión del juez al considerar «insuficientes» los indicios para imputar a Puigdemont por terrorismo y recuerda que el informe de la Guardia Civil en que se basa no atribuye al líder independentista fugado «ningún apartado o capítulo ni hechos concretos en relación con actividades delictivas».
