La Fiscalía pide hasta 27 años de cárcel por terrorismo para los 12 CDR acusados.
La Fiscalía de la Audiencia acusa de pertenencia a organización terrorista a los 12 acusados que planeaban «acciones violentas o atentados con explosivos y sustancias incendiarias». El fiscal que firma el escrito es el mismo que no ve terrorismo en Tsunami Democràtic. De aprobarse la actual ley de amnistía, podrían ser exculpados.

The Public Prosecutor’s Office accuses the 12 defendants who were planning «violent actions or attacks with explosives and incendiary substances» of belonging to a terrorist organization.
