El rey Felipe VI ha presidido hoy los actos de la Pascua Militar en el Palacio Real de Madrid, por primera vez con la presencia de la princesa de Asturias, Leonor de Borbón. La Pascua Militar además de su carácter tradicional, constituye un solemne acto castrense con el que se inicia el año militar. En él se realiza un balance del año anterior y se marcan las lÃneas de acción que se desarrollarán en el que comienza. El origen de esta conmemoración se remonta al siglo XVIII. Durante su discurso, el rey Felipe VI ha agradecido a la «gran familia militar» la «acogida excelente» que ha tenido la princesa Leonor.
