El juez de la Audiencia Nacional que instruye la causa de ‘Tsunami Democràtic’, Manuel García Castellón, ha señalado que las graves lesiones que sufrieron dos policías en los altercados posteriores a la sentencia del ‘procés’ son «incompatibles con el derecho a la vida e integridad física reconocidos en el artículo 15 de la Constitución, y el artículo 2 del Convenio Europeo de Derechos Humanos».

The judge of the National Court investigating the ‘Democratic Tsunami’ case, Manuel García Castellón, has indicated that the serious injuries suffered by two police officers in the altercations after the ‘procés’ ruling are «incompatible with the right to life and physical integrity recognized in article 15 of the Constitution, and article 2 of the European Convention on Human Rights».
