Vladimir Putin ha vuelto a airear, este martes, la amenaza nuclear, coincidiendo con el anuncio de un nuevo paquete de ayuda de Estados Unidos a Ucrania. Sobre el terreno, paramilitares rusos, contrarios a Putin, y afincados en Ucrania, han cruzado la frontera para lanzar una ofensiva en las regiones rusas de Kursk y Bélgorod. Estos grupos afirman haber tomado dos localidades. También dicen que han elegido atacar en los días previos a las elecciones presidenciales rusas porque las consideran una farsa. El Kremlin asegura que ha repelido estas incursiones y muestra imágenes de un carro de combate abandonado por los asaltantes.
