El CGPJ ratifica que Alaya no investigue al caso ERE

Español:La Comisión Permanente del Consejo General del Poder Judicial ha ratificado por unanimidad el acuerdo adoptado por la Sala de Gobierno del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Andalucía para que la medida de apoyo judicial para el Juzgado de Instrucción número 6 de Sevilla quede limitada a la comisión de servicio que ya viene desarrollando el magistrado Álvaro Martín y se reduzca a una sola comisión el refuerzo de este órgano, lo que implica revocar la comisión de servicio concedida inicialmente a la juez Mercedes Alaya para investigar los ERE fraudulentos y el delito societario de Mercasevilla.

Según esto, el magistrado Álvaro Martín «quedará integrado plenamente en el refuerzo para la tramitación» de las tres ‘macrocausas’, como son el caso de los ERE fraudulentos tramitados por la Junta de Andalucía, las irregularidades en los cursos de formación y los avales y préstamos concedidos por IDEA.
